Rockit Motors is seeking an NPI Engineer in Fresnillo to lead New Product Introduction and capital deployment across multiple sites. You will own technical execution, CapEx planning, and process improvements to deliver high-quality, cost-effective production for rail motor products.

The role reports to Fidel Anda in Engineering. Employment is full-time in Fresnillo, with compensation in the listed monthly range and a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements across all sites.

Formación

• Lead NPI and capital deployment across facilities for rail motor products.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, equipment and technology.
• Own capital planning and process performance to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Responsabilidades

• Develop capital project plans across facilities with budget and timing.
• Launch new products and processes meeting performance and timing.
• Improve efficiency and reduce cost through tooling and layout improvements.
• Ensure >90% on-time project delivery and ROI-aligned CapEx.
• Drive equipment reliability and standardization.
