Morgan Advanced Materials in San Juan del Río, Mexico, seeks an NPI Engineer to translate customer specs into repeatable manufacturing processes, from concept to mass production with rigorous documentation.

You will own routes and BOMs, lead APQP/PPAP, validate capacity, and use data to drive improvements before release to serial production, collaborating across Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Hands-on APQP/PPAP experience and documentation.
• Experience with BOMs, routing, and ERP/MRP master data.
• Data analysis skills to improve production readiness.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• English written and spoken at least B1.

Responsabilidades

• Read customer specs and translate into manufacturing processes.
• Define and document routes, BOMs, and master data.
• Lead APQP and PPAP activities to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate first runs and PPAP submissions within QMS.
• Analyze yield, performance, and capacity data.
• Use quality tools to identify improvements and act.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Perform MSA across inspection methods.
• Conduct time studies to validate capacity.
• Document lessons learned and standardize SOPs.
• Support technical discussions with customers and teams.
• Track and close program release documentation.
