Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Supply Chain Management or Engineering).
• Minimum 5–7 years work-related experience in a supervisory/management role.
• Minimum 3 years project management experience or related discipline.
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management Team.
• Manage key customer projects and serve as interface between internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with customer from requirements gathering through product acceptance.
• Staff, lead, and manage a team responsible for NPI, new product introduction, and product transfers.
• Align the project team to customer needs by establishing milestones, goals, and objectives.
• Define and maintain clear roles and responsibilities for team and partners.
• Provide training for Project Management practices and reporting.
• Drive processes and methodologies to optimize team effectiveness and project delivery.
• Forecast budgets and HR needs for current and future periods.
• Communicate regularly with launch team, business unit, and customer.
• Identify risks and resolve via escalation process.
• Maintain monthly and weekly project reviews.
• Follow security policies and procedures.
