Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics in manufacturing.
• Strong background in NPD sourcing, cost modeling, and supplier negotiations.
• Proven track record delivering procurement projects across regions or functions.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Project management experience with leadership of sourcing activities.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or similar systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of plastics, metals, electronics, tooling, and manufacturing processes (preferred).
