Allegion MÉXICO is seeking an experienced Program Manager – NPD & Operations in Querétaro, Mexico. You will lead cross-functional teams across production, quality, supply chain, IT, and finance to drive NPD from concept to mass production, while coordinating budgets and schedules.

You will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, monitor milestones, mitigate risks, and guide reviews with senior leadership. Travel up to 20% may be required to support global programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or business is required.
• Minimum 5+ years in program management with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record delivering product-centric programs from concept to production.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams to define execution strategies, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage end-to-end program lifecycles for NPD and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor milestones, mitigate risks, and drive root-cause issue resolution.
• Prepare and lead formal reviews with Senior Leadership.
• Coach teams on Product Development Process and project management best practices.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
