Flex anufacturing partner seeks a Warehouse Supervisor (3rd Shift) in Guadalajara, North Campus, to oversee shipping, receiving and inventory control. Reporting to Production Planning Manager, you will lead a team of material handlers and ensure on-time material availability for production.

You will monitor inventory accuracy with cycle counts and audits, coordinate material flow, and use ERP/MRP systems to manage transactions.

Formación

• BA/BS in engineering or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, and material distribution.
• Lead and develop a team of material handlers and warehouse personnel to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate material flow to support production requirements and ensure on-time material availability.
• Monitor and control inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory audits, and corrective actions.
• Oversee production control activities related to materials planning and material availability.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse processes, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
• Utilize ERP and MRP systems to manage inventory transactions, material requirements, and replenishment activities.
• Support Pull System processes and material replenishment strategies to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Generate and analyze basic reports using Excel to monitor inventory, material shortages, and operational performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure continuous improvement of warehouse operations.
