Amazon is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shift operations at a delivery station in a safety-first environment. The role oversees 15–30 Associates, drives inbound, sort and dispatch cycles, and ensures on-time delivery while maintaining high safety standards.

The position requires rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, with peak-event weekend coverage as needed. Bilingual Spanish preferred for this locale.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Rotating shifts, including nights and holidays, 40 hours/week plus overtime.
• 1+ years of leadership in retail or distribution.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsabilidades

• Champion workplace safety as the #1 priority and enforce WHS protocols.
• Lead daily operations across inbound, sort, and dispatch during night shifts.
• Balance productivity with safety to meet targets.
• Coach a team of 15–30 Associates and provide real-time feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report results.
