Hilton in Tulum, Mexico, is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight financial audits and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across outlets and smooth 24/7 operations. You’ll be part of the Hotels team delivering warm hospitality and precise financial controls.

The role focuses on maintaining cash and card transaction integrity, training Night Managers on processes, and supporting management during emergencies, with a culture built on integrity, leadership, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets
• Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports
• Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings
• Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use
• Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
