Hilton is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure guest safety while delivering the warm hospitality the brand is known for. You will greet guests, monitor pool activity, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies according to our action plan.

You will maintain a clean, safe pool area and uphold health and sanitation standards, collaborating with the team to create memorable experiences for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Greet and assist guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to requests, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner


• Ensure swimmer safety: Monitor pool activity to prevent accidents, enforce pool rules, and promote safe swimming practices


• Respond to emergencies: Act quickly and effectively in line with the emergency action plan, providing rescue or first aid when necessary


• Maintain a clean and safe environment: Conduct regular inspections and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the pool area


• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
