You will champion the Stage-Gate process, develop robust project plans, and collaborate with marketing, engineering, sourcing, and finance to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and cost targets. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced NPD environment.
• PMP certification and Agile experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with scope, schedule, and budget control.
• Experience with mechanical product development and manufacturing practices.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and financial performance skills; travel up to 15%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects across multiple product lines and channels.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Manage Stage-Gate process documentation and gate reviews.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Drive speed to market through platforming actions and innovation processes.
• Ensure adequate resourcing and alignment across engineering, marketing, sourcing, and finance.
