We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to drive innovative solutions and collaborate across multiple groups. You will manage and engage with teams, ensuring production systems are available and aligned with SLAs, and drive incident resolution and disaster recovery planning.

Responsibilities include maintaining data retention practices in line with policies and contributing to continuous improvement in infrastructure deployment and monitoring using common tools.

• Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Data Center Orchestration & Provisioning.
• SD-WAN Fortinet Cisco experience with network monitoring tools such as Orion.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined service level agreements. Drive incident and outage resolution while maintaining clear and timely communication. Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently and effectively. Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations. Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirements.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Data Center Orchestration & Provisioning.
• SD-WAN Fortinet Cisco Experience with network monitoring tools, such as Orion Team/Personnel Management A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
