• 3+ years of hands-on experience in mainframe network support or administration, with exposure to z/OS environments.
• Proficiency in configuring and monitoring mainframe network protocols (such as VTAM).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for diagnosing network connectivity and performance issues.
• Understanding of network security principles in enterprise environments.
