Confidential Jobs is seeking an IT professional to support the day-to-day reliability of network and infrastructure services in Querétaro. You will monitor, perform initial incident analysis, troubleshoot, and coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues.

The role requires evaluating technical situations, identifying business impact, and acting within IT processes. Experience with network tech, monitoring tools, and service management platforms is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, engineering or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in IT support or infrastructure roles.
• 2+ years in technical monitoring, troubleshooting, or IT support.
• Experience with network and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki environments at Level 1 troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with DNS and DHCP; IT ticketing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor infrastructure and networks to identify service interruptions and performance issues.
• Investigate alerts and perform initial technical analysis to determine impact.
• Troubleshoot connectivity across LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN.
• Provide first-level support for network equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
• Review and manage incidents based on urgency and business impact.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting actions, and resolutions in the ITSM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams and engage third-party providers when needed.
• Keep stakeholders informed on incident progress and resolution status.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and support records.
• Promote stable IT operations through monitoring and timely response.
