Banamex in Santiago de Querétaro is looking for an Infrastructure Intermediate Technology Analyst. This intermediate level role involves LAN/WAN support, help desk administration, and network maintenance.

The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience, effective communication and analytical skills, and a Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, testing activities, and assisting in systems implementations.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operational process change and improvement.
• Ability to work under pressure or to a deadline.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve moderately complex problems/projects through analysis and technical experience.
• Participate in testing activities and create basic test scripts.
• Collect and organize requirements for hardware acquisition and deployment.
• Assist in systems implementation and post-implementation activities.

Conocimientos

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Effective analytic/diagnostic skills

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience

Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams

Educación

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
