Bring IT is seeking a NetSuite Functional Finance Analyst to design and implement Oracle NetSuite ERP for finance and accounting modules. The role requires engaging with business users to map needs and configure NetSuite accordingly.

You will develop tests, create use cases, and work with the deployment team to ensure a smooth rollout. Travel approximately 25% domestically and internationally may be required.

Formación

• 2-5 years of ERP Finance/Accounting experience.
• Willing to travel 25% domestically and internationally.
• IT/Business consultant background.
• Lead to Cash experience.
• Accounting degree.
• IT project management experience.
• Quick learner of new modules.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in business process discovery efforts with business users; identify gaps; conceive and propose solutions; develop high-level and detailed process flows.
• Configure NetSuite per requirements; propose workarounds; write functional specs to translate requirements into features for development; ensure end-to-end alignment.
• Prepare use cases and test scripts; conduct QA, unit, integration, and regression testing; coordinate testing and deployment with users.
• Document best practices; prepare training documents and train staff.
• Administrate projects and tasks related to NetSuite activities.

Job Summary

The NetSuite Functional Finance Analyst will be responsible to execute Oracle NetSuite ERP system design, implementations, consulting and end user support in matter related to finance and accounting system modules.

The NetSuite Functional Finance Analyst will be responsible to execute Oracle NetSuite ERP system design, implementations, consulting and end user support in matter related to finance and accounting system modules.

Core Responsibilities

• Participate in business process discovery efforts by engaging with business user and understand their immediate needs, identify gaps against our current systems, conceive and propose solution, develop high level and detailed level process flow.


• Configure NetSuite as per requirement, propose work-around, write functional specifications to convert business requirement in features to be developed or configured by the development team, always making sure alignment to end-to-end solution.


• Prepare use cases and test scripts, conduct quality assurance, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing and work with business users to coordinate final testing and deployment.


• Document best practices, prepare training documents and train people.


• Administrate projects and tasks related to their activities.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of experience working with an ERP system in Finance and Accounting Modules


• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as required (estimate travel to be around 25%)


• IT/Business consultant background


• Lead to Cash experience


• Accounting Degree


• IT Project Management experience


• Must be a quick learner of new modules and applications


• Excellent communication skills in English

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite is desired.


• Understand software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies


• Multi-Cultural experience with 3rd Party logistics partners.
