You will drive technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Agile teams to ensure on-time release of high‑quality software. The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic execution in a dynamic, cloud-enabled environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on software development across the full software development lifecycle.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams as a Software Development Manager, Technical Lead, or Engineering Manager.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor multiple Software Development teams, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Define clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics to track engineering performance and delivery outcomes.
• Drive technical decision‑making and guide teams toward scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Remove technical impediments and proactively address development challenges.
• Collaborate with Architecture teams to design and implement modern software solutions.
• Promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and software quality across squads.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical coaching to engineering teams.
• Translate business and system requirements into actionable development plans and measurable deliverables.
• Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural deficiencies.
• Partner with Product Management, Design, Agile Coaches, and Engineering Leadership to align technical priorities with business goals.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and release management processes.
• Champion innovation and continuously improve development processes, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, security, and performance of applications and services.

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead multiple high-performing engineering squads and drive the delivery of scalable, secure, and business-critical software solutions.

This role combines technical leadership, people management, and strategic execution. You will work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product, Design, and Agile teams to define technical direction, remove roadblocks, promote engineering excellence, and ensure successful product delivery.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technology leader with strong experience in modern software development practices, cloud-native architectures, and Agile environments.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

Leadership & Management

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams as a Software Development Manager, Technical Lead, or Engineering Manager.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET, RESTful APIs, and enterprise application development.
• Solid understanding of microservices architectures, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and distributed systems.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based applications and services.
• Expertise in application performance tuning, scalability, and reliability engineering.
• Strong knowledge of API design principles and integration patterns.
• Experience with middleware technologies, application security, and vulnerability remediation.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release automation.
• Experience working with SQL Server, Oracle, and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of modern integration patterns and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of designing scalable enterprise-grade solutions.

Development Practices

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD) and quality-focused engineering practices.
• Strong commitment to code quality, maintainability, and continuous improvement.
• Experience driving non‑functional requirements including performance, security, observability, and scalability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) environments and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.
• Familiarity with modern observability, monitoring, and site reliability practices.
• Experience in highly scalable SaaS products and enterprise software environments.
