You will work on microservices and REST APIs that empower business growth and improve customer satisfaction across platforms.

The role involves collaborating with product, UX/UI, and data teams, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring secure, high-performance code.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Proven expertise in .NET and C# programming.
• Experience designing REST APIs and scalable microservices.
• Hands-on with LLM/Agentic AI technologies is a plus.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic technology team. This role is pivotal in driving the development of innovative software solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies such as .NET, C#, React, and Agentic AI. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and microservices that have a direct impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to work on advanced projects involving Large Language Models (LLM) and intelligent agent technologies, pushing the boundaries of AI-driven software.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using .NET, C#, and React.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate seamlessly with front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, and data scientists to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Drive the adoption and integration of Agentic AI and LLM technologies into existing and new products to enhance automation and user experience.
• Conduct code reviews, optimize application performance, and ensure best practices in software development and security.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the technology stack remains modern and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Proven expertise in .NET framework and C# programming.
• Extensive experience designing and consuming REST APIs and building scalable microservices architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Agentic AI technologies is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor and lead technical discussions.
