The Lead Software Developer will be responsible for leading and managing the development of technology projects, ensuring alignment with established quality standards and the strategic objectives of the team. The primary role of this position is to coordinate the planning and execution of development initiatives, providing technical direction and ongoing support to the IT team.

In addition, the role requires ensuring that both technical requirements and business needs are effectively met, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence in the delivery of technological solutions.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify needs and design effective technology solutions.
