Job summary

ZF Group in Guadalajara seeks a Head of Supply Chain Management to lead regional SCM strategy and performance. You will set regional targets, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-functional teams across logistics, sourcing, and operations to ensure top delivery reliability.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, change management and collaboration in a multicultural, regional context. A strong track record in negotiation and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 10+ years of experience leading logistics and/or supply chain-related projects.
• Strong strategic agility and ability to influence in complex environments.
• Excellent change management and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Strong relationship management and leadership track record.
• Strong negotiation skills with credibility and impact.
• Experience leading virtual, multicultural and diverse teams and key stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional SCM vision/strategy and drive attainment of regional targets.
• Set SCM S&OP targets for the region and control activities to meet them.
• Lead innovation and continuous improvement to enhance customer delivery performance.
• Coordinate freight, customs, and logistics standards and contracts regionally.
• Drive process standardization and digitalization initiatives in Region NA and beyond.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Aftermarket, corp functions and global sourcing.
• Coordinate escalations with DIV Operations, Materials, and Corporate SCM.
