ZF Group in Santa Rosa, Mexico, seeks a Supply Chain Excellence System professional to lead end-to-end material flow, coordinating with planning, warehousing, material supply, and customer service teams.

You will design and document processes, drive continuous improvement, and prepare the organization for SAP deployment, collaborating with internal stakeholders and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of material flow and supply chain processes.
• Experience in process design and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategies and resources for the end-to-end material flow, from receiving through shipping.
• Design, standardize, and document processes for materials, planning, warehousing, material supply, customer service, and packaging.
• Coordinate the implementation of process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare operational processes and employees for the SAP deployment and adoption.
• Develop a forward-looking vision for materials management and supply chain excellence.
