Arrow Electronics, a global technology solutions provider, seeks a Manager of Campaign Management North America. Lead a 10-person team, standardize processes, and manage MDF budgets to drive on-time and on-brand campaigns across regions.

You will collaborate with marketing tech, CRM, and analytics to optimize ROI and reporting, while guiding cross-functional teams to maximize impact and efficiency. Hybrid work arrangement with regional responsibilities.

Formación

• 10+ years in Marketing Ops, Project Management, or Agency leadership.
• 5+ years managing large, multi-functional teams (10+ people).
• Experience with MDF/Co-op funding and vendor marketing models.
• Understanding of API integrations between Workfront, CRM, and Marketing Automation.
• Knowledge of data flow from Brief to Lead to MDF/Revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Standardize and enforce campaign processes across regions and teams.
• Provide leadership to 10 Campaign Managers.
• Oversee MDF budgeting, tracking, and vendor funds to ensure compliance and optimal use.
• Manage campaign production pipeline and capacity across multiple campaigns.
• Ensure ROI tracking and reporting dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
