SANMINA-SCI TECHNOLOGY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED busca un Gerente de Producción para dirigir la ejecución de proyectos NPI y coordinar recursos para cumplir plazos, calidad y costos en Reynosa.

Se exige BS en ingeniería y 3-5 años de experiencia en manufactura, con experiencia en SMT y Lean, además de dominio de inglés y español en comunicación con equipos y clientes.

Formación

• BS Engineering or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Electrical Engineer or similar.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive execution of the NPI schedule on a daily basis.
• Work with Operations to allocate resources to support NPI builds.
• Manage indirect people/functions that support the execution of a build.
• Provide status to project owners on build status.

Directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Manages the activities of the team and is responsible for staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management of the staff. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Plans and administers procedures and budgets. Makes budgetary recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Experiencia

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Electrical Engineer
• BS Engineering or equivalent
• Operations Experience
• Lean Manufacturing Experience

Conocimientos

• Oracle
