Amentum seeks a Laborer to support a US Navy program on Diego Garcia. The Laborer will perform customer service, facility support, maintenance, setup, and operational duties to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming MWR facilities and deliver exceptional patron experiences.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least one year in customer service, with strong English communication. Travel, visas, and medical/ security requirements apply for deployment to BIOT.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year in a customer service role in recreation, hospitality, MWR, or similar environments.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Ability to obtain country-specific visas and travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, courteous, attentive service to MWR patrons.
• Respond professionally to patron questions and concerns.
• Assist patrons with information regarding MWR programs, facilities, activities, and services.
• Maintain a professional appearance and wear the required staff uniform and name tag.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Deliver customer service consistent with Navy MWR standards and Star Service principles.
• Assist with setup, operation, maintenance, and breakdown of MWR facilities and events.
• Move, arrange, and store furniture, equipment, and materials.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized facilities.
