Nutanix invites you to join our Systems Reliability Engineering Internship in Mexico City. This 6-month, part-time program runs 20 hours per week starting February 2027, offering hands-on experience with our global support teams and enterprise customers.

You will learn from cybersecurity, virtualization, and cloud experts, while developing technical and client-facing skills in a multicultural environment; the role emphasizes problem solving and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Final year of a Bachelor's degree in Networking, Systems Administration, or related field.
• Understanding of Linux, Networking, Virtualization, and Storage technologies.
• Fluent in English (B2 or equivalent).
• Legal authorization to work in Mexico.
• A passion for customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Learn about Nutanix technology and culture under experienced team.
• Champion the success of customers to maximize platform value.
• Provide technical engineering assistance to enterprise customers and resolve complex issues.
• Inspire product changes from customer feedback with Engineering.
• Collaborate with partners like Lenovo, HPE and VMware to resolve issues.
