Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Finance professional to support Fixed Assets and Intercompany accounting within a multi-entity environment. You will help ensure accuracy of financial records and contribute to a strong control framework while driving process improvements across entities.

The role requires a degree in Accounting/Finance, at least two years in financial accounting, Excel proficiency, and strong English communication.

Formación

University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial accounting.
Knowledge of general accounting principles and period-end close processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate actively with Business Units and Finance stakeholders to manage Fixed Assets and Intercompany accounting transactions across a multi-entity environment.
Support the integrity of our financial statements by preparing and analyzing account reconciliations for both Fixed Assets and Intercompany balances.
Drive the resolution of accounting differences by investigating variances, monitoring open items, and coordinating with counterparties.
Contribute to our continuous improvement culture by identifying opportunities to standardize and enhance Fixed Assets and Intercompany processes.
