Mars is seeking a Finance professional to join the team supporting Fixed Assets and Intercompany accounting in a multi-entity environment. You will help ensure accuracy of financial records and contribute to a strong control framework while driving process improvements.

The role requires a university degree in accounting or related field, at least two years in financial accounting, strong Excel skills, and English communication.

Formación

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial accounting.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and close processes.
• Proficient Excel skills (formulas and PivotTables).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Business Units and Finance stakeholders to manage Fixed Assets and Intercompany accounting across multiple entities.
• Prepare and analyze reconciliations for Fixed Assets and Intercompany balances to support financial statements.
• Investigate variances, monitor open items, and coordinate with counterparties to resolve accounting differences.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and enhance Fixed Assets and Intercompany processes.
