Job summary

Organon seeks a Medical Science Liaison in Mexico City to provide medical and scientific support for Women’s Health programs. You will engage in scientific exchange with healthcare professionals, identify investigators for studies, and deliver balanced clinical information that differentiates Organon’s products.

You will present data regionally and nationally, collaborate on scientific communications, and assist in speaker training and advisory boards. Travel up to 50% with no relocation support.

Qualifications

• MD license required.
• 5+ years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 2+ years in a similar Medical Science Liaison role.
• Advanced English (B2+).
• Analytical experience with Power BI, Veeva or similar platforms.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of clinical research and scientific engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders in the assigned therapy area and geography.
• Maintain clinical, scientific and technical expertise in the portfolio.
• Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with HCPs and investigators.
• Support development and implementation of scientific communication plans and research collaborations.
• Assist in scientific training for commercial and internal teams using approved materials.
• Support speaker training and advisory boards as requested.
• Represent Organon at national and regional medical meetings to raise awareness and gather real-world insights.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests per policies.
