TE Connectivity in Hermosillo, Sonora, is seeking a seasoned Quality professional to steward in-process controls, defect prevention, and advanced inspection practices across manufacturing lines. This role ensures products meet specifications through robust inspection and continuous improvement.

You will conduct inspections, help develop and deploy QC plans, provide technical support for complex issues, and train staff to strengthen process control and quality outcomes on the shop floor.

Formación

• Typically requires 4–5 years of related work experience.
• High school diploma is required; an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in quality management and manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct quality inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Assist in development, enhancement, and deployment of quality control plans.
• Provide technical support to resolve complex quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Train production staff on quality, inspection, and process control procedures.
