TE Connectivity in Hermosillo, Sonora manufactures and assembles various products per established facility processes, troubleshoots problems, and performs maintenance of complex equipment.

The role involves coordinating equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and overseeing work of junior technicians, following blueprints and schematics to meet product and customer specifications.

Formación

• Typically requires 5-6 years or more of related work experience.
• Requires high school diploma.
• Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustained production.
• Operating complex production equipment and tools in the manufacture, assembly and packaging of various products and overseeing the work of more junior technicians.
• Following blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met.
• Modifying existing equipment and helping design new equipment for continual manufacturing process improvement; providing quality control and in-process production testing.
