• 6+ years experience in strategy and planning or business analytics.
• 3+ years experience as a people manager.
• Proven experience in campaign management, preferably in a B2B2C or food service/tech environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in commercial contexts.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Monterrey restaurant strategy for DiDi Food and drive impactful execution.
• Deliver end-to-end lifecycle management of restaurant campaigns across digital and offline components.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and product teams to craft compelling value propositions and pitches.
• Develop 360° campaign strategies with aligned touchpoints and channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
