The successful candidate will support staff management, coordinate schedules, and partner with Marketing to implement local initiatives, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and store presentation.

• Lead by example and coach the store team to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience and uphold brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and CVM to drive local initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Supervise staff, draft schedules, and manage productivity.
• Ensure stock, transfers and visual guidelines are followed at all times.
