Edgewell Personal Care Italy S.R.L. in Mexico is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop the required production schedule for each shift, aligned with customer requirements and ensure timely supply of raw materials to supermarkets, supporting uninterrupted production.

You will review daily schedules, coordinate with Supply Planning, set priorities, manage inventories, and ensure orders for US, EU, APAC, and LATAM are fulfilled while minimizing obsolescence.

Responsabilidades

• Review the previous day’s production schedule to identify progress made on scheduled products and prepare the updated production plan.
• Prepare the daily production schedule to ensure the required output is achieved.
• Verify inventory levels needed for production to ensure shift requirements are met.
• Coordinate withSupply Planning regarding finished goods production to meet customer requirements.
• Set production priorities to maintain the proper sequence in line with customer needs.
• Conduct physical raw material inventories to determinedailyrequirementsare met.
• Monitor priority changes and provide feedback to theSupply Planner
• Coordinate fulfillment of orders forUS, EU, APAC and LATAM
• Maintain healthy inventory levels for internally manufactured products, including Semi-Finished Goods (SemiFG) and Finished Goods (FGs), while minimizing SLOB exposure and supporting inventory optimization.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure all required orders are completed by month-end, Replace closed orders.
• Maintain the system clean from COGI Errors (inventory errors) due to planning.
• Audit the post office process.
