Dauch Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Molding and Melting Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the molding and melting areas, ensuring efficient manufacturing, quality products, and a safe workplace. You will lead production operators, coordinate with maintenance and quality control, review production records, and drive continuous improvements while meeting schedules.

Candidates should have a degree in engineering or manufacturing, supervisory experience in plastics or metal

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, specifically molding and/or melting operations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily production schedule for molding and melting operations, ensuring targets are met.
• Manage a team of production operators, including training and performance evaluation.
• Monitor and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process deviations; coordinate with maintenance and quality control.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety audits and training.
• Maintain production records: output, downtime, and material usage.
