Dauch Corporation is seeking a Material Planner Manager in Celaya, Mexico, to lead the site production planning team, schedule to meet customer demand, and balance material constraints and inventory targets. You will oversee the monthly SIOP process, data preparation, and supervise MPS and detailed production planning.

The role emphasizes leadership, ERP-driven planning, continuous improvement, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver efficient operations and safe, compliant manufacturing.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop daily and weekly production plans with resource allocation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Provide operational support and supervise transactional operations areas.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements.
• Monitor team performance, allocate tasks, and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Coordinate meetings, actions, and events to strengthen collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and promote safe working practices.
• Lead and align local action plans with organizational strategy.
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and create effective reports.
