Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Toolroom supervisor - Molds to lead all tool room operations, ensuring mold, die, fixture, and tooling readiness for production at the Nogales site.

You will develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs, supervise tool room staff, and coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Quality to implement changes that improve quality, delivery, cost, and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tool room, mold maintenance, tooling engineering, or related manufacturing environments, including supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead tool room operations and supervise staff to ensure timely support of production and maintenance.
• Maintain, repair, modify, and troubleshoot molds, dies, fixtures, and tooling.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for molds and tooling.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams on changes and improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery, cost, and safety through effective resource management.
