Allegion is seeking an experienced Tool Room Supervisor to lead maintenance of molds, dies, and tooling in a world-class facility. You will manage a team of Tool Room Technicians, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high availability and quality through TPM, predictive and preventive programs.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in tooling maintenance with leadership experience, strong CAD/CAM, CNC skills, and ERP familiarity (Oracle/Workday/Kronos).
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in Tool Room/Tooling Maintenance with 2+ years in supervision.
- Strong hands-on knowledge in mold repair, TPM, and machining.
- Proficiency in CAD software (CREO or SolidWorks) and CNC programming/operation.
- ERP experience (Oracle, Workday, Kronos) preferred and technical leadership skills.
Responsabilidades
- Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for tooling and molds.
- Lead a team of Tool Room Technicians and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee tooling design, fabrication, and calibration using CAD/CAM.
- Champion root cause analysis to reduce downtime and scrap.
- Ensure compliance with EHS and Quality systems; assist with audits.
- Assist budget control and spare parts inventory; engage ERP workflows.
