Job Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize production processes for TV modules and prepare operational guidelines.
• Monitor module production yield improvement, analyze and resolve process and quality anomalies during production.
• Participate in trial production for new module introductions, validate process feasibility, and propose improvement plans.
• Collaborate with production departments to optimize production line layouts and enhance production efficiency.

Qualifications

• College degree or higher, preferably in electronics, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in TV module process engineering or production technology, with familiarity in module structure and manufacturing workflows.
• Proficient in CAD and other drafting software, possessing foundational data analysis skills.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, with excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving capabilities.
