Job summary

Global Connect Technologies seeks a skilled embedded software engineer to develop model-based applications in MATLAB/Simulink/TargetLink. You will generate C code, run MIL/SIL tests, and ensure ASPICE-compliant traceability using JAMA. Automotive domain experience is preferred, with BMS background a plus.

Proficiency with Git/Jira and AUTOSAR activities is valued. You will contribute to software requirement specs, perform debugging, and apply V-Model and ASPICE processes across development

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering. Non-Engineering backgrounds are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed designs and create MATLAB/Simulink/TargetLink model-based applications.
• Perform code generation using Embedded Coder/TargetLink.
• Perform MIL/SIL testing.
• Perform requirement analysis and establish traceability as per ASPICE using JAMA.
• Use Git and Jira for software development activities.
• Develop C-based software for unit testing of application software functions and components.
• Support creation and review of Software Requirement Specifications.
• Perform Embedded C coding and debugging.
• Apply the Software V-Model and ASPICE processes.
• Support AUTOSAR-related activities.
• Perform CAPL scripting and HIL testing.
• Support diagnostics-related activities.
• Automotive experience is preferred, with BMS background being a plus.
• Preferred Experience: A123, Enersys, KPIT.
