Job summary
Global Connect Technologies in Monterrey, MX, is seeking an Embedded Controls Engineer with hands-on experience in Model-Based Development (MBD), MIL testing, and Battery Management Systems (BMS). You will develop and validate control algorithms using dSPACE tools and TargetLink for automotive or EV applications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Controls field.
- Hands-on MBD and MIL testing experience.
- Experience with dSPACE and TargetLink.
- Knowledge of BMS for EVs.
- Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink and model validation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate control algorithms using Model-Based Development techniques.
- Perform MIL testing and simulation to verify control logic and system behavior.
- Utilize dSPACE tools and TargetLink for model development, testing, and code generation.
- Support development, integration, and validation of Battery Management Systems (BMS).
- Analyze simulation and test results, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with software, systems, and validation teams to ensure compliance with system requirements.
- Support model verification, calibration, and control strategy optimization.
