FBS is seeking a Decision Scientist to join our Marketing Data Science and Measurement team. The role focuses on marketing mix modeling, forecasting, and advanced analytics to optimize spend and inform senior stakeholders across channels.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in analytics or data science, strong statistics and ML knowledge, and proficiency in Python or R. Remote-friendly arrangement available within a dynamic, global group.

Qualifications

• Experience with MMM (Marketing Mix Models).
• 3+ years of analytics/data science experience, preferably in marketing/MMM.
• Knowledge of statistics and machine learning.
• Experience with large and complex datasets.
• Proficiency with R or Python.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve in-house MMM.
• Present MMM results to inform channel allocation and budget planning.
• Create forecasts of future sales for planning and investment.
• Develop other marketing measurement methods for a complete effectiveness view.
