Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Software Test Engineer to contribute to the quality and testing of POS and enterprise retail solutions. Working on an Agile team, you will translate client requirements and designs into clear manual and automated tests that verify solution quality.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with test design, execution, defect management, environments, and automation tools, and communicates risks clearly.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 4 to 5 years of professional software test engineering experience.
• Good understanding of test methodologies, layers, and SDLC.
• Hands-on test design, execution, coverage analysis, and defect lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze designs and client requirements to identify validation needs.
• Design and maintain manual and automated tests for functional and API testing.
• Execute tests, document results, and track defects with evidence.
• Set up and maintain test environments and data, including containers.
• Collaborate with developers, product, and other test engineers.
• Provide estimates for testing activities and ensure release readiness.
• Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
