Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking a technically skilled software professional to participate in process analysis and to implement and leverage AI capabilities across the business.

You will design and deploy Agentic AI solutions, build scalable AI platform infrastructure, and integrate AI with internal systems to power a range of enterprise use cases. Strong English communication and hands-on AI experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Strong interest in Generative AI and AI-powered web apps.
• Experience translating business problems into AI use cases and solutions.
• Experience with LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with Agentic AI systems and cloud services.
• Experience with AI tools for developers (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Advanced English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions aligned with business goals.
• Build and scale enterprise AI platform infrastructure and define best practices.
• Integrate AI platforms with internal systems to support diverse use cases.
• Create AI prototypes and demos to drive adoption.
• Deliver technical consulting and mentor teams on AI initiatives.
