Job summary

Accenture PLC in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking Microsoft Endpoint Management Engineers with 5–15 years of experience to help enterprise clients transform their modern workplace and cloud-driven identities.

You will work across Endpoint Management, Intune, MECM, MDM and Automation, delivering workshops, guiding deployments, and improving security and governance for large-scale Microsoft ecosystems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Azure Infrastructure, Identity, and Security.
• Deliver technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
• Assess platform health, performance, resiliency, operational readiness, and security posture.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues through telemetry, diagnostics, and root cause analysis.
• Define and execute remediation plans aligned with business priorities.
• Support migrations, deployments, modernization programs, adoption initiatives, and service lifecycle activities.
