Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced MW Endpoint Management Engineer / Intune Specialist with 5–10 years of experience to support enterprise endpoint management, device security, and modern workplace initiatives.

You will act as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Azure Infrastructure, Identity, and Security, delivering workshops and enablement sessions while assessing platform health and security posture.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in MW Endpoint Management / Intune
• Ability to work across Modern Work, Azure Infrastructure, Identity, and Security
• Strong troubleshooting using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor across Modern Work, Azure Infrastructure, Identity, and Security
• Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities
• Assess platform health, configuration, performance, security posture, resiliency, and operational readiness
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint management issues using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis
• Develop remediation recommendations based on technical findings and business impact
• Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and service lifecycle activities
