Cognizant is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 6+ years of IT experience to design, develop, customize and support enterprise CRM solutions. The role requires in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Dataverse, and Power Platform, plus strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and API integrations.

The position is Hybrid and available at Cognizant locations in Mexico (CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Queretaro) with Advanced English mandatory, offering growth opportunities in

Formación

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and related power platform components.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse data model and customization patterns.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript development for CRM customizations.
• Experience with PCF controls and building reusable components.
• Experience integrating CRM with external systems via APIs and FetchXML.

We are seeking highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with +6 years of IT experience including extensive expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Power Platform Power Automate JavaScript Plugins and Enterprise Integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing customizing and supporting enterprise-scale CRM solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders architects and cross-functional teams.
