Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Mexico is seeking a seasoned Mgr, Program Project Control to lead a high-performing project management team in aerospace programs. The role emphasizes strategic oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined execution to meet budgets and schedules.

Formación

• University degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 6–10 years of strategic project management and/or supplier relationship management.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience with a proven record of developing and motivating teams.
• Strong track record of project execution, delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; French is considered an asset.

How to thrive in this role?

• university degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Bring 6–10 years of experience in strategic project management and/or supplier relationship management within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Have at least 5 years of leadership experience, with a proven record of developing and motivating teams.
