Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a MFG & PROCESS TECHNICIAN IV in Hermosillo, Mexico.

This role supports design, planning, implementation and continuous improvement of high-speed cable manufacturing projects. The technician will participate hands-on in production line debugging, pilot builds and process validation, and will document process parameters and lessons learned to ensure smooth product integration.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of process validation, tooling design, and production ramp-up.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, process documentation, and engineering specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, planning, implementation and continuous improvement of high-speed cable manufacturing projects.
• Document process parameters, lessons learned and tooling readiness for product integration.
• Participate in production line debugging, pilot builds and process validation.
• Assist in tooling readiness and ramp-up activities to enable scalable manufacturing.
