Ravago's RCNA division in Mexico City seeks a Senior Territory Manager to drive profitable sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market opportunities across Mexico. You will lead and mentor Sales Representatives, implement growth strategies, and manage supplier partnerships to hit sales, GM, and market expansion targets.

The role requires building strategic customer and supplier networks, designing business plans to grow the Mexico footprint, selecting and guiding sales

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; business/chemistry background preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales leadership experience in Mexico.
• Experience with CASE or related chemical materials is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Drive profitable sales growth and achieve revenue/gross margin targets in Mexico.
• Lead and coach Sales Representatives; set objectives and monitor performance.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships and identify new product opportunities.
• Design and execute a strategic business plan to expand RCNA's presence.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, credit, logistics and product management.
