Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience with Integrated Projects.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Field Service operations and well construction/Completion.
• Promotes a culture of performance across multiple Product Lines, functions, and external parties.
• Has good understanding of the entire well construction process and operations.
• Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization.
• Understanding of the service delivery process and the technical nature of the business.
• Frequently visit Baker Hughes bases to review tool failure investigations and conduct QA checks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute integrated projects using PMP methodologies across phases.
• Reinforce QHSE policies and drive continuous improvement in the Management System.
• Ensure work meets highest quality standards via iPRA and DRA processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for customer evaluation processes and internal operations.
• Manage and control project budgets, costs, and financial objectives.
• Coordinate staffing and workforce planning with contracts and product lines.
• Develop annual business plans aligned with strategic goals.
• Be responsible for long-term planning and key management decisions.
• Review critical technical services and coordinate operations for safe, efficient execution.
