Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking a senior manufacturing leader to oversee operations in Monterrey, Mexico. This role includes plant leadership, quality, cost management, customer relations, and financial performance.

Potential progression from Deputy General Manager to General Manager based on experience. Experience in Mexico's steel or metal products sectors is highly desired, with readiness to relocate to Monterrey.

Formación

• Previous professional experience leading a manufacturing facility in Mexico.
• Strong background in steel, metal products, or related industrial manufacturing.
• Leadership at Plant Manager/Director level or similar senior role.
• Experience with 100+ employees is preferred.
• Strong cost, pricing, and business strategy understanding.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee operations of the Mexico facility.
• Develop a customer-focused culture aligned with customer expectations.
• Coach and develop employees to improve performance, quality, delivery, and accountability.
• Lead corrective actions for quality and delivery issues and ensure follow-up.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, product profitability, and selling prices.
• Develop business and pricing strategies based on costs and market conditions.
• Review financial statements and profitability by product and customer.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, sales, finance, and other departments.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and manage executive-level meetings.
• Coordinate and communicate with US headquarters regularly.
